Immediate needs:
The dinning room has lead paint on the wall and it is chipping. The suggested fix is to drywall over the existing walls and paint them. This is a small room (8’ x 8’). The roof flashing around the chimney is leaking water and needs to be sealed. The front porch needs to be sanded and painted. Need to move the small shed to the back of the property (approx 20’ away).
Diapers (all sizes)
Wipes
Juice
Cleaning supplies
Paper towels
Kleenex
Things they would like to do….
Get a new TV that could be mounted on the wall and a game system
Gas powered lawn mower
Leaf rake
Dirt shovel
Snow shovel
Ice melt for the walk way, but no rock salt.
Steam cleaner for the floors.
